5 THINGS THAT BRIGHTEN MY DAY!
1) Uplifting music: my favorite of the moment is “Jump” by Avery Sunshine
2) An inspirational word: this can vary, from a good word from my pastor to motivational messages.
3) Dancing!: I love to dance. I do believe my all-time favorite dance music is HOUSE MUSIC (all night long!).
4) Laughing: I just allow myself to laugh and smile more (which in return, brightens the day of those on the receiving end, as well)
5) Massage!: oh my gosh. Nothing beats a great massage. My daughter says she can just tell, when I first get a massage. She says nothing can take me out of my relaxed mode.
